Women's team training - Tuesday

Our women's team squad will train at Ormond Park next Tuesday from 5.30pm. We'll have the gear out and ready for some drills and refresher, and will be enlisting the help of some of our senior players.

Training will be each Tuesday at the same time.

We will be welcoming some new members to our team, and getting ready for the first round of the season to defend our premiership. The fixture is not yet out, but the season starts on November 14.

We're still in the market for some extra recruits - so twist a few arms and get some friends/relatives down. It would be great to capture the enjoyment and excitement of last year's season and the march through the finals.
