Our condolences to the Cumming Family

On behalf of its players, families and supporters, the Moonee Valley Cricket Club offers its condolences to our Cumming family on the passing of William Sutcliffe (Bill) Cumming.

Bill, 95, who died on June 28, was the father of our players Allan and Doug, and grandfather of junior player Jack and past juniors Morgan and Ruby.

Allan and Doug have both captained Moonee Valley teams, and Jack was a mainstay in the Under 14s in the 2015/16 season.

Bill was a returned serviceman and a long-standing member of his local CFA at Violet Town, and was active up until the end.

Our thoughts are with the family.
