Moonee Valley Cricket Club Annual General Meeting

I have booked the Moonee Ponds Club for the Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc annual general meeting on Monday, August 22, from 7pm.

Please note that committee members who are re-standing are not required to have a formal renomination - just advising the committee that they plan to go again is sufficient.

Any new applicants need to formally nominate, by forwarding a notice to the executive not less than seven days before the meeting. A member may nominate themselves. They may also nominate another member, with that member's consent. Nominations should be sent to the executive via the club email - mooneev@club.cricketvictoria.com.au

We're still seeking a secretary to replace Adam Patchell, who advised some months ago that he is stepping down - so anyone with any recommendations should encourage them to nominate.

Anyone who has an item of general business they wish to have entered on the agenda should also forward it not less than seven days before the meeting - including any proposal to change the constitution or bylaws. Please note that copies of the constitution and bylaws are available on our website - www.mooneevalleycricket.com.au

Further notice and an agenda will be provided to members once the date for submission has passed.

The Moonee Ponds Club is at 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds.
