Our condolences - Shane Comino

Moonee Valley Cricket Club extends its condolences to the family of past captain Shane Comino, who passed away on February 22.
Shane, 59, played 80 games for the Valley, and captained our Ninth Eleven in 2008/09.
His career spanned 1991/92, when we had a short-lived Fifth Eleven, through to his last game in 2009/10.
An affable and capable wicket-keeper, Shane enjoyed having a bat - scoring 386 runs @ 5.5.
His brother Paul, now a bowler at Moonee Valley Bowls Club, is also a past captain of our lower grades, a past Treasurer of our Club and played 113 games.
