Annual General Meeting 2016/17

The Annual General Meeting of the Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc is being held at 7pm on Monday, July 31 at the Moonee Ponds Club, 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds.

Our constitution requires that nominations for election to the committee must be received by the Secretary at least seven days before the date of the meeting. Charlie Walker fills the appointment of Secretary at this stage, and can be contacted at [email protected]

Renominations have been received by President Charlie Walker, Vice President Simon Thornton, Treasurer Peter Golding and general committee members Michael Ozbun, Matt Thomas, Kevin Gardiner, Peter Pickering (junior co-ordinator) and Channa DeSilva.

We have not at this stage received a nomination for Secretary, which is a statutory position under our constitution, and we are keen to have a member put their hand up for this role.

Attached is a Preliminary agenda for the meeting, a proxy form for members who will not be present but want someone to vote on their behalf, and the minutes of the last AGM.

Members please note that proposals to amend the Constitution or Bylaws must be received in writing at least seven days before the date of the meeting.
