Moonee Valley team for this Saturday - June 22

The Moonee Valley team for this Saturday's Round 4 replay in the Mid Year Cricket Association has been selected.

The team is: Matt Burrowes, Amit Chaudhary, Jake de Niese, Umar Farooq, Kern Kapoor, Neil King, Sanjeev Kumar, Muhammad Maaz, Craig Pridham, Ben Thomas, Stephen Ward (capt).

The match is the replay of the round which was washed out a couple of weeks ago.

We're at our home ground, Oval 8 at Fairbairn Park, Woods St, Ascot Vale, and the match holds some interest in that we take on past Moonee Valley player Sunny Sharma, now turning out for the RMIT club.

The match starts at midday, so come down to watch the Valleys go round.

Last week was our first loss of the season, so we're well placed heading into finals time.
