A message from the Coach

Hey Guys and Girls,
Usually by now we would’ve all met in person but given the circumstances this year it wasn’t to be.
I hope by now you’ve all tried to get yourselves into some form of a routine, even if it’s only going for a walk or run every day to keep fitness up. If you haven’t yet, now is the time.
With COVID restrictions, training will have to be carefully scheduled, to make sure we are compliant but can still make the most of the training time that we have.
From now, until we start training, it would be good to see some of you organising a session with someone to have a hit throughout the week. Let’s take it back to basics.
I want us to be positive and consistent in our approach to this coming season, mentally and physically.
Let’s all do our bit.
I’m looking forward to meeting everyone properly once training starts.
