Our cricket associations are closely monitoring the weather this weekend, and will make a call on whether games need to be called off.

The North West Metropolitan Cricket Association will make a call today on our Friday evening junior fixtures. Advice – whether games continue or are cancelled – will be posted on the NWMCA Weather Line, 9539 4844 – this afternoon.

The same number – 9539 4844 – will be used on Saturday morning to post advice for the day’s senior games - Moonee Valley’s Fifths and Sixths – and on Sunday for our Sevenths.

The VTCA weather line 9517 6688 – will be used to advise on our Firsts and Seconds for Saturday, and for our First Eleven make-up game on Sunday.

Mercantile – where our Thirds and Fourths play – will post any decisions on its website, http://www.mca.asn.au by 10am on match day.

Players should use these lines/website as the best and quickest way to determine if there are any changes to their games.
