Tom is caught out

Pom Tom King is caught out
What's Tom King up to here? Has he switched allegiances to the enemy from the Old Dart?
How dare he wear a T-shirt skiting about England's supremacy as a cricket nation? Doesn't he know we won the real Ashes - the return bout on Australian soil - five-nil?
Did we throw him out of the clubhouse?
It seems like Tom's not the real villain here - but our own Vice-President Simon Thornton, who's not a colonial by birth - although we've now adopted him.
Simon took the opportunity to decide the reverse Man of the Match in our first game back after the Christmas break. Tom was unfortunate enough to catch Simon's eye when he got 'castled' pretty quickly when he went in to bat, and then dropped an absolute dolly in the field.
They were all attributes we saw from Simon's countrymen when we cleaned them up in the Ashes - and so Tom had the ignominy of wearing the shirt after the match. It just so happened that he was going to a Bad Shirt Party that night, and the good sport that he is, Tom happily wore it along to that as well.
Above: We don't believe it! Our own Tom King going in to bat for the enemies from the Old Dart. Thirds skipper Jesse Nankivell-Sandor is not amused.
