2018/19 Week 21 - March 9/10


Our MVP night is being held THIS Sunday, March 10 - after the Seconds have contested the first weekend of the VTCA finals. The night is being held at the Moonee Valley Bowls Club - across the carpark from the cricket club in Ormond Park. It starts at 7.30pm, and we'll have the counting of the MVP votes in each grade, and the fielding votes as well.

Entry is $15, and for that you'll get a meal - at this stage most likely pizza from our sponsor Florentines. Drinks are at bar prices, and we'll be going through to midnight. See you all there!

And don't forget - the Moonee Valley Cricket Club 2018/19 presentation night is being held at the Moonee Ponds Club on Saturday, April 13.
We encourage all our players and members to bring their partners and/or parents, as Presentation Night is one of our key social functions which enable us all to interact as a club and family. 
Captains of each grade will be ringing players who were regulars in their team. Players can also confirm by emailing charlie.walker@optusnet.com.au or phoning on 0411 705 381. The entry fee of $55 is covered for all players who have paid their membership this season - so there's no reason not to be there!

Semi Final. Two-day Saturday/Sunday game March 9 & 10 v Caroline Springs. Match starts at 1pm. Players need to be at the ground 11.45am.
