Our first season VTCA

The Moonee Valley Second Eleven also made the finals in our first season in the VTCA.

It all came down to the last game, against Flemington - which was washed out after a cloudburst.

Our players then trooped down to watch the Aberfeldie v Aberfeldie Park game, which would control our destiny.

The cards fell the right way, and Moonee Valley was into the finals.

We didn't win the flag, but making the Grand Final in our first season in the VTCA was worth celebrating. Easing off the pressure after the last day of the game were (L-R):
