Notice of our AGM - June 23

The Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc 2010/11 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Ormond Park bowls club rooms on Thursday, June 23, 2011.

The AGM commences at 7pm sharp.

As well as the general business required at such a meeting, we will also have copies of the 2010/11 Wisden for distribution.

It includes the MVCC Wisden Team of the Year, the five Wisden Players of the Year and a host of other stats and information from the 2010/11 season and from across the whole history of our Club.

Anyone wishing to nominate for the Committee can do so by lodging their nomination with me via email (goldingp@optusnet.com.au) or by mail to 23 Mascoma St Ascot Vale, 3032. Under our bylaws, such nominations need to be received by me at least seven days before the meeting.

Anyone proposing any changes to our bylaws should also do so by contacting me at least seven days beforehand. Electronic copies of our bylaws and constitution can be accessed at: http://archive.mooneevalleycricket.com.au/constitutionbylaws.html.

Details of nominations for the Committee will be posted on the club’s website and emailed to members after these deadlines. The proposed Agenda for the meeting is attached.

I hope to see as many of our members as possible in attendance.
