Notice: Annual General Meeting 2020/21

******NOTICE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR SEASON 2020/21
Notice is given that the annual general meeting of the Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc. will be held at 7.30pm on Monday, August 16 at the Moonee Ponds Club, 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds.
In accordance with our constitution and bylaws, notice of the meeting is given jointly through emails and through posting on this website.
Attendance can be either in person (coronavirus permitting) or via electronic attendance. Electronic dial-in details will be provided closer to the meeting.
Business will include the tabling and acceptance of the financials from the 2020/21 season, tabling of reports, election of committee members and general business.
Nominations for committee positions or items of general business should be emailed to the Secretary, Michael Ozbun at ozbun.michael@gmail.com at least seven days before the date of the meeting.
An agenda will be forwarded closer to the date.
