MVP night - Sunday, March 13

Moonee Valley Cricket Club's Most Valuable Player and Fieldlow voting night is being held at the clubrooms on the evening of Sunday, March 13.

It's the Sunday of the Labor Day Long Weekend.

The Thirds will be playing their last home-and-away game at home that day, and hopefully the Fourths will be in a position to be celebrating a semi final win.

And if our women's team keep up their winning ways, March 13 will be Grand Final day for them.

The evening runs from 6.30pm, and the $20 entry gets a pizza meal and one complimentary drink - alcohol or soft drink.

Captains and other team members have been casting MVP and fielding votes for every team each round, and they are now being collated for the vote count on the big screen (projector on the wall).

There will be plenty of excitement if the voting is close - and especially if it comes down to the last round for the Thirds, which will be played out in front of us on the day.

So see you there. Please give us an indication of who and how many will be coming so we can best arrange the catering.
