Moonee Valley - cricket this weekend

by

Following on from the State Government's announcement of the lifting of the five-day lockdown, cricket will resume this weekend.

Senior training and selection will take place Thursday. Any players who have not yet indicated their availability for selection should do so asap.

Senior matches for this weekend - were as previously indicated - Firsts, Seconds, Thirds and Sixths on Saturday, and the Fourths and Women on Sunday.

The Fifths enter their finals this weekend. As a result of finishing in the top two in their two-day grade, they have been given a bye for the first week of the finals.

The NWMCA Board has also determined to replay the Quarter Finals for the Sunday senior grades - so the matches which were fixtured for the previous weekend - v Aintree for the Sevenths and Donnybrook for the Eighths - will be played this Sunday.

Juniors will also resume their fixtures.
