Memorable 150 for Jesse

Jesse Felle had a 150th game to remember when the Thirds took on and beat Old Camberwell Grammarians on Sunday, January 15.

Jesse's hard-hitting innings fell just four runs short of 100, when he was caught at long-on trying to follow on from two sixes earlier in the over.

But the great knock helped Valley to a total of 9cc for 286. Jesse then took four wickets as we bowled OCG out for 183 to record a comprehensive win.

The tally puts the Thirds well in the hunt for finals action, and Jesse will be a key player.

Always a strong batsman, Jesse's game has come on even further this season, as he recovers from two shoulder injuries.

He's now hit 329 runs this season.
