We welcome everyone to be a part of MVCC’s first event for the year, a special screening of Episode 2 of the recent Amazon Prime TV series, The Test (covering the Lord's Test from the 2023 Ashes Series and the completely non-controversial, I-can't-believe-what-all-the-fuss-is-about dismissal of Jonny Bairstow).
Mike Mulgrew and Adam Wright, who edited the series will be presenting the episode to provide insights into:

• The decisions that lead to what goes in and what stays out.
• Why some moments/players/events may or may not feature.
• Overall, what can be learned from hours and hours of following high performance cricketers.
• Adam will touch on the Langer years, the evolution of that group and differences in style between the Langer/Paine period and the McDonald/Cummins era.

Mike Mulgrew and Adam Wright will also do a Q&A after the screening.
