Congratulations Ryan and Kate

Congratulations to Moonee Valley's Ryan Fairclough and partner Kate on the safe arrival of their first child, daughter Freyja.

Freyja Susannah Leihy Fairclough was born on April 22, so a belated best wishes from us at the Valley.

Fatherly duties have meant we haven't seen Ryan around the club as often as in the past, and he's yet to pull on the whites this season.

Panda, we fully understand!

Ryan's a past committee member, past captain and current sponsor of our club through his company Mobotix, so he's an important cog in our Moonee Valley family.

He also has a long-lasting relationship with his original cricket club, Melville in Western Australia, so we're sure they're celebrating the safe arrival over there as well.
