Call for captains - season 2022/23

Call for First Eleven captain

Moonee Valley Cricket Club is calling for applications for the position of First Eleven captain for the 2022/23 season, and initial expressions of interest for captains for our other grades.

We want to have the position of First Eleven captain finalised as soon as possible so that we can plan the pre-season and our onfield requirements at the top level.

Our bylaws require that our leadership positions be advertised each season.

Written or email nominations should be sent to Club Secretary Michael Ozbun at ozbun.michael@gmail.com by May 30.

Any interested players wanting to discuss the roles can ring Michael on 0448 548 860.

We are seeking initial expressions of interest for captains in the other grades, and if needed will put out a formal call in the coming months.
