Annual General Meeting 2018/19

The Annual General Meeting of the Moonee Valley Cricket Club Inc is being held at 7pm on Monday, August 5 at the Moonee Ponds Club, 622 Mt Alexander Rd, Moonee Ponds.

Our constitution requires that nominations for election to the committee must be received by the Secretary at least seven days before the date of the meeting. Michael Ozbun can be contacted at ozbun.michael@gmail.com

Renominations have been received by President Charlie Walker, Vice President Mark Gauci, Treasurer Peter Golding, Secretary Michael Ozbun and general committee members Peter Pickering (junior co-ordinator), Channa DeSilva, Brendan Rhodes, Allan Cumming and Daniel Phillips. Kevin Gardiner has advised of his intention to step down from the committee. There are several positions available on the committee.

Attached is a Proxy form for members who will not be present but want someone to vote on their behalf. An agenda will be distributed once nominations are finalised.

Members please note that proposals to amend the Constitution or Bylaws must be received in writing at least seven days before the date of the meeting.
