An Ace day at Ace Karts 

A group of Moonee Valley Cricketers ventured to Ace Karts in Carrington Dve, Sunshine on August 21 for a sunny Sunday racing.

Ace Karts is a major sponsor of our Club, and it was a good opportunity to show some support in return.

After a 10-minute familiarisation and warm-up, the race was on - and at the end of the fast and furious 20 minutes, Nigel Walker emerged victorious from Phill King and Lou Raffaele.

Many thanks to Lou for donating the meat for the barbecue which followed the race, and for Phill King for arranging the beers - the proceeds of which are going to help pay for the new portable turf net we're buying from the UK.
