Mick Bannister
Mick played his first senior games in 2006/07, after a couple of years in juniors.

Captain of the Under 16 White team in his final junior year of 2007/08, Mick always led from the front as opening bat and won the Sean Sturrock Award for his batting average.

A more-than-handy opening bat in the Fifths, Mick regularly helped the team put on a good start. A patient and thoughtful batsman, he is always prepared to wait for the right ball to punish.
