Norm joined Moonee Valley at the start of the 2007/08 season. With his bang-it-in fast bowling and fast and furious batting, the opposition are not left wondering how Norm will approach the game.
He's also no slouch with the bat, as his century in the 2008/09 season showed.
Also a star in the outfield, with wonderfully safe hands.
