Tom King
June 2009 (stats to end of 08/09)

A 2004/05 Under 10s coach, and 2003/04 co-captain of the Under 16s.

Tom has come through the MVCC ranks from the juniors, as part of our junior development program.

He's scored more runs in juniors than any other player since our inception in 1996.

Tom's 808 runs in Moonee Valley's senior ranks are also more than any other player who has come through the juniors has scored to date.

Tom finished fifth in the Moonee Valley Award in 2005/06, accumulating 424 points from his season's haul of 248 runs and 12 wickets.

He had an interrupted 2008/09 due to overseas travel, but is thought highly enough of to have been in consideration for the Firsts as a pinch-hitter. Was 12th man in the Firsts finals campaign in 2008/09.
