June 2009 (Stats to end of 08/09)

Jim went past the 300 wicket mark in 2003/04 when he came out of retirement to play one-day cricket with Moonee Valley.

Jim is one of only six players to have taken more than 300 wickets for Moonee Valley, and he is showing no signs of slowing down - especially as he has gone past the 200-game milestone which he probably thought was out of reach when he hung up the boots.

A two-time Premiership player, Jim has won bowling awards in the 2nds, 3rds  and 4ths,  and has taken 11 wickets in a match. His best innings performance is 7/85.

While he was primarily a bowler during the early part of his career, Stynesy also plays a key role with the bat in our one-day sides. He was part of the historic Ian Denny 250th game when they played together in the Sevenths on the day of the 2005/06 Christmas break-up party.
