John O'Brien

Limited opportunities in 2005/06 due to school commitments, but John underscored his ability by playing in the grades from the 3rd Eleven down, depending on availability.
Has switched to spin bowling as a result of an injury which restricts fast bowling, and has a bright future with our Club.
Had a great 2008/09 season, quickly moving from the Fifths to the Thirds - where he won the MMVCA bowling award for C Turf (pictured at right with the trophy).
